The Premier League is officially over and Champions have been crowned. After a neck and neck race between Liverpool and Man City, Man City emerged at the top of the log after beating Brighton 1 – 4. Liverpool also managed a win against Wolves but what they really needed was for Man City to draw or lose. Cardiff who is on their way out of the league pulled off a win against Man United meaning they end the season on a high at least.
