  • How can I change my personal details on my Betway Sports account?
If for any reason, you need to make changes to your personal details, all you have to do is pop an e-mail with your username and the details of the changes to our support team at [email protected]. We’ll send step-by-step instructions on how to make amendments to your personal details.
  • Why do I have to provide identification documents?
FICA legally requires Betway SA to request your ID documents in order to verify your identity. If your identity is not automatically verified when you register your Betway South Africa account, you will need to send us a copy of your ID document. Once we have verified it, we will activate your account.
  • Why do I have to give Betway personal information upon registration?
We are required by South African FICA laws to request personal details, including your full name, contact details, and ID number when you register an account with Betway Sports. We are a licensed and accountable bookmaker, which means we are obliged to verify your identity when you register.
  • How can I tell if my registration is successful?
When you complete the registration process, we will send you an SMS and e-mail confirming that you have successfully created an account.
  • How do I deposit funds at Betway SA?

  • Why can’t I use my credit card to make deposits?

  • How can I make a withdrawal?
Log into your account and click “Withdraw Funds.” You can then enter the requested details. Betway is only able to pay back to the bank account of the site’s account holder. We require a copy of your bank statement reflecting your bank account number, branch code, and the name of your bank for verification and to ensure we pay out efficiently.
  • How long does it take a withdrawal to reflect in my account?
